LIETOŠANAS MĒRĶIS

Ventilatoru konvektors (fan coil) ir ierīce, kas aprīkota ar ūdens siltummaini un ventilatoru. Šāda ierīce atgādina parasto konvektoru, taču, pateicoties ventilatoram, kurš nopūš gaisu no ierīces, tā var būt daudz jaudīgāka, un tāpēc tā ir piemērota gan apkurei, gan dzesēšanai. To var izmantot jebkuram nolūkam paredzētajās telpās, taču visbiežāk to izmanto liela un vidēja izmēra telpu apsildei, kur nepieciešams efektīvi apsildīt/atdzesēt lielas platības un nodrošināt klusu darbību.

PS-HDC ventilatoru konvektori ir bez korpusa, montējami piekaramajos griestos. PS-HDC ventilatoru konvektori ir paredzēti augsta statiskā spiediena gaisa vadu sistēmai līdz 250 Pa.

Šīs ierīces ir lieliski piemērotas izmantošanai centralizētajā gaisa kondicionēšanas sistēmā, tirdzniecības centros vai lielās noliktavās, kur ierīces jāiebūvē griestos, izmantojot gaisa vadu sistēmu.

Pievienojot PS-HDC ventilatoru konvektoru sistēmai ar termofikāta saldēšanas ierīci, tas klusi un acumirklī piegādā telpām vēsu gaisu. Pretējā gadījumā, aukstajā sezonā, ja ventilatoru konvektors ir pievienots apkures sistēmai (piem., katlam vai siltumsūknim), tas piegādā silto gaisu, lai apmierinātu telpu apkures vajadzības.

Ventilatoru konvektori PS-HDC tiek ražoti Itālijā, un ražošanā tiek izmantotas tikai augstas kvalitātes detaļas:

  • 3 ātrumu AC ventilatori vai enerģiju taupoši un klusi EC tipa ventilatori;
  • siltummaiņi no vara caurulītēm ar alumīnija plāksnītēm, lai nodrošinātu maksimālu siltuma pārnesi.

Ventilatoru konvektori PS-HDC ir paredzēti divu cauruļu sistēmām.

Ir iespējams izvēlēties kontrolierus, kas pieslēdzas BMS vai Wi-Fi (ierīci var vadīt attālināti, izmantojot lietotni viedierīcēm Android/IOS).

DARBĪBAS PRINCIPS

PS-HDC ventilatoru konvektori pamatā sastāv no: ūdens siltummaiņa un ventilatora. Iesūkto gaisu uzsilda/atdzesē karstā/aukstā ūdens siltummainis, un AC/EC tipa centrbēdzes ventilators izpūš šo sasildīto/atdzesēto gaisu telpās.

PS-HDC  ventilatoru konvektora galvenie komponenti:

Karkass ir izgatavots no cinkota tērauda ar pretkondensācijas un skaņu absorbējoša materiāla pārklājumu.

Centrbēdzes tipa ventilators ar cinkotu konstrukciju un ABS lāpstiņriteni. Ventilatori ražošanas laikā tiek dinamiski un statiski līdzsvaroti, lai nodrošinātu pēc iespējas klusāku darbību. Indukcijas un vienfāzes maiņstrāvas AC motors (trīs ātrumi), uzstādīts uz pretvibrāciju balstiem (vai enerģiju taupošais EC motors pēc pieprasījuma, modelis PS-HDCE).

Siltummainis: izgatavots no vara caurulītēm ar piestiprinātām alumīnija plāksnītēm, lai nodrošinātu maksimālu siltuma pārneses efektivitāti. Standarta variantā padeves un izplūdes cauruļu savienojumi atrodas labajā pusē. Ir iespējams pasūtīt cauruļu savienojumus kreisajā pusē. Siltummaiņi ir pieejami 4 rindu divu cauruļu sistēmām.

Gaisa filtrs ir izgatavots no izturīga sintētiska materiāla, viegli tīrāms, G3 klase.

Komplektācijā ir iekļauta kondensāta pilienu savākšanas paplāte.
